Please allow 2-3 business days for normal processing. Orders are processed and delivered Monday–Friday, except for national holidays. Orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.
Orders placed after our shipping cut-off time of 2:30pm EST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Express/Overnight orders will be shipped out immediately after normal processing.Â
For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered "beyond points", we can reach your destination through Standard shipping only. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 48-72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our shipping carrier's site.
Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We cannot accept responsibility for unclaimed shipments.
Refunds include the total value of any returned items. Please note that delivery fees are non refundable unless you were shipped an incorrect item by Struck.

As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government has introduced new rules for all international shipments:
Executive Order 14324 suspends the $800 de minimis exemption for all countries, including Canada.
This means every shipment into the United States is subject to import duties and taxes, regardless of the order value.
Struck Apparel does not collect or prepay these charges at checkout. They are charged separately by U.S. Customs or the carrier before delivery.
You may be contacted by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.) to pay duties and taxes before or at the time of delivery.
The amount is determined by U.S. Customs and will vary depending on your order.
Your order will not be released until these fees are paid.
All duties, taxes, and import fees for U.S. orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Failure to pay these charges may result in delays, returned packages, or additional fees.
Struck Apparel is not responsible for shipments held, delayed, or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes.
